Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask BRIMIND to delete all data we hold about you, including your WhatsApp messages.

How to request deletion

1. Send the word DELETE on WhatsApp to the BRIMIND number you talked with, or
2. Email brimindservice@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and your phone number.

We confirm and delete your data within 30 days. Data we must keep by law (for example, invoices) is kept only for the legal period.
